TalkTalk stopped providing these older youview boxes 4 years ago, and we no longer carry any stock of remotes. We are unable to repair or replace these older boxes.

You may be able to locate a remote online etc.

TalkTalk now only offer the TV HUB, an android based streaming box. If you ever consider upgrading to this, give our teams a call and they can discuss all options with you.
