&lt;P&gt;No sure what you mean by the guide facility as Now channels are not within the Box guide, or do you mean the guide within Now?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Are you managing to get into the Now App?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Which box do you have so we can give you tailored advice?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>TV GUIDE NOT WORKING - error message YVM102</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Suddenly I can no longer access my NOW channels via my Talktalk TV Box via the TV GUIDE facility.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried restarting the Router with no effect and have checked all connections which seem OK.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any further help would be much appreciated - the error code shown is YVM102 which I am unable to find in the current answers.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
