TV hub sound dipping randomly

Our new TV hub has started producing (at random intervals) a click followed by an immediate reduction in volume. The volume then gradually goes back to the original level in 20 to 30 seconds. Seems to affect both apps and live TV. Was never an issue with the old Talk Talk TV box. The TV has not changed.

try resetting the TV Box as detailed here :

Set the box back up and see if the behaviour continues.
