TV box and remote control constantly flashing

My small square TV box is a constant flashing white light and the remote is a flashing blue light. I've put new batteries in and unplugged unit, pressed button on the front of the box, nothing appears to work.

Hi,

I'm assuming as you mention a front on/off button you have the TV Hub. If so please try the following

A soft reset of the box can be accomplished by pressing the front button and holding until the box restarts.

You can try resetting your remote control. Instructions can be found here.
