&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I'm assuming as you mention a front on/off button you have the TV Hub. If so please try the following&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;A soft reset of the box can be accomplished by pressing the front button and holding until the box restarts.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You can try resetting your remote control. Instructions can be found here.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>TV box and remote control constantly flashing</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My small square TV box is a constant flashing white light and the remote is a flashing blue light. I've put new batteries in and unplugged unit, pressed button on the front of the box, nothing appears to work.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
