ITVx Missing on App Screen

I've just got the TV hub delivered and ITVx is not showing as a Featured App!

Having trouble getting the call centre guy in South Africa to understand.

There are lots of odd TV channels like watch free TV and Great Player! I don't need those but you don't seem to be able to remove unwanted apps or move apps like Spotify, Youtube or discovery+ onto the "main" screen.

Any suggestions about improving this interface?

I would suggest you factory reset the box to get ITVX to appear.

I've seen this happen a few times and a reset usually pulls the app down

If you click and hold the home button for a couple of seconds this opens you apps page and those you've added are below the set ones.

TalkTalk have no control over the interface as this is a generic YouView UI, which the TalkTalk boxes use.

Do you have the aerial connected to the TV HUB. Some on demand players may not show if no aerial is connected.
