I have a v1 remote that’s not working properly any chance of getting a new one???

TalkTalk no longer have supplies of remote controls.

However eBay normally have plenty for sale. Note that later versions that have the record button will also work with your box. Make sure it's a TalkTalk one though.

Have you tried resetting the remote?

Hi Nic,

TalkTalk stopped providing the older youview boxes 4 years ago, and no longer provide these boxes or the older remotes.
