Some buttons on my TV remote aren't working

I've tried the bot and this didn't help. A couple of key buttons have stopped working on my TV remote. All other buttons work as indicated by talk talk button illuminating. Help.

Have you tried changing batteries and resetting the remote control.

I'm assuming you have a YouView box. If so these have not been available for around 4 years now and TalkTalk no longer supply replacement remotes.

These can be found on eBay quite reasonably. Any TalkTalk YouView remote will work with your box but make sure it has a record button and is a TalkTalk, not YouView, branded one.
