ITVX on new talktalk hub

Please can someone tell me how to obtain the ITV app, I have the new ‘hub’ because it is supposed to have ITVX available - it doesn’t and I can’t find it and on-line advice achieves nothing.

This sometimes happens on initial setup.

Unfortunately you will need to to factory reset the box from the settings menu and the app is then usually installed.

I cannot find the ‘factory reset’, I’ve been to settings but it simply isn’t there!

Just a quick question - have you got an aerial connected to the TV HUB. The ITVX app will not show if no aerial is connected.
