&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;TalkTalk no longer provide a recordable TV box and also no longer issue the 4K TV Box.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Customers are now offered the TV HUB, that is android based and cannot record.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;With the box that you currently have, try a full reset, press the button on the side 5 times and this will fully reset the box. &amp;nbsp; You can then retune the channels and see if there is any improvement.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Losing channels</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;After a lot of trying to rescan channels without success,removed USB, re scannedfor lost channels, most came back including ones never had before, but a few I did want are lost.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Also when installed USB, BBC channels revert to iPlayer. Not happy since having to change to 4K from previous box. Can’t record successfully.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
