Can't tune to ITV1. Netgem 4k box.

I'm having problems that ITV1 doesn't appear on the Freeview guide of my 4k box. If I press no 3 which is where the channel is located the box finds ITV1 but it isn't on the guide list.

I have retuned several times but it still isn't found. Just watching the TV without going through the box finds ITV1 so it isn't a reception issue.

Has anyone had this problem and found a solution?

Hi,,

Can you see 103, the ITV1HD channel and us this in the guide? This will give a clearer picture too

Appreciate this does not solve your ITV channel 3 issue

You could try a retune without the aerial plugged in which will clear any memory issues with the box. Once no channels are found reinsert the aerial and try again.

Failing that the last resort is to reset the box. To do this press the on off button on the left hand side 5 times with the box on. This will take you through the setup process from scratch.

Please note that if you have a usb stick attached it will register this as new and you will lose any recordings.

Yes My box 4K shows Itv1 on channel 800
