Which box do you have?

If I'm reading this right you are using a replacement universal remote.

Unfortunately TalkTalk can't support non TalkTalk equipment used on their boxes.

If it's a universal code you require, I suggest you try Google to see if you can find one.

Or is it a universal remote you have with a smart TV? If so you may need to install the box to the TV. I had to do this with my LG TV.

Or purchase a genuine remote for the box from eBay.
