Losing channels and bbc 1 from iplayer

Hi , for the last couple of months we have been regularly losing channels, 3 to 9 then others further on , have to keep switching off and unplugging mains, wait a few minutes then reconnect to reboot box , also have noticed that bbc1 and 2 now work via iplayer but on HD channel they are not . Very annoying, is this 4k box fault or netgem problem ,

Have you tried a reset of the box, Pressing the button on the side 5 times ?
