Netgem 4K tv box BBC channels go straight to iplayer

Can use Wow TV sports channel fine, but Freeview channels are 'not available', apart from BBC which go straight to iPlayer ... driving my husband mad!! Please help x

This error should have been fixed a few weeks ago.

Try retuning the channels first and then select channel 1. Of it still persists try resetting the box by pressing the button on the left hand side 5 times until the box restarts.

You will though lose any recordings if you use a usb stick and also need to sign into your apps, like Now, again.
