Did you have Now via TalkTalk or is your membership direct with Now?

If you originally paid via TalkTalk, this arrangement has now finished and you will need to set up an account direct with Now.

If you have your account direct with Now and can't sign in, have you previously been able to with your email and password?

Is this the first time logging in? Where does login fail?

Are you getting any error messages?

Have you checked the Now website for errors?

Have you tried changing your password on the Now site and then trying again?
