Hi

If you start your own thread (new message), we’d love to help.

We’ve found that posting in someone else’s conversation makes it harder to follow when looking for an answer.

It’s easier and quicker if we can chat with you in a single thread, if you start your own thread, that will keep our community organised and help others with a similar problem.

Check your home phone number or account number are also added to your Community Profile as that will really help us to find your details quicker.

Thanks

Hi

This error is related to poor signal quality. Check the aerial connector on the end of the aerial cable is ok, if you have any splitters or amplifiers in place, check these.

Also, connect the aerial direct to the TV and retune and see if there are any issues with channel drop out or break up directly on the TV.

With regard to record options, TalkTalk no longer provide any recordable TV Box.

Thanks

Karl.

We have the same problem with the TV stopping and the same error code since having a new talktalk tv box. We have checked the aerial connection which is fine and the WiFi signal is fine so please can somebody tell us what the problem is? ☹️
