      <title>Old Youview box - can I get upgrade</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2 years ago I moved house and was told I'd get a new TalkTalk box for my new home.&amp;nbsp; The box never arrived, as I believe it went to my old address and never got sent on.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have been using the old box for 2 years, but now realise I should be using an upgraded version and am probably being charged for an upgraded version - yes, it's taken a while to address this issue!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How do I find out what TalkTalk think I have and what I am supposed to have?&amp;nbsp; I only really have a box for recording, so I can fast forward through the adverts.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
