Hi there Dustyblues. I am very sorry to hear this. Just to confirm are you referring to the buttons of your remote or the Tv hub?

I posted this on your duplicate thread which you might like to try.

Have you sent the old one back yet?

If not then unpair the new one and then pair the box with the old remote.

Did that work?

If not try resetting the box to factory settings and hopefully it will then work.
