      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sorry, can you clarify if it's your TalkTalk supplied box that won't connect or your smart TV?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If it's the TalkTalk box, is it the TV hub or the netgem 4k box?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If the TV then support here may be limited and you'd need to search for a forum that supports your TV. What make is it?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If it's your TalkTalk box, have you tried rebooting your router or a factory reset on the box? This may clear any bugs within the box?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Let us know how you get on and any error messages you get when trying to connect?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
