Now TV codes.

I received an email containing these codes for Now TV To sign up for CINEMA, use code:
Xxx
To sign up for Entertainment, use code:
Xxx
And to get the NOW HD boost free for 12months, use code:
Xxx

However when I log into my NOW account and choose the associated memberships I am told the codes are not valid!

I have contacted NOW TV but they are not able to offer a solution to the problem.

Any help or advice would be appreciated. Best wishes Dave.

Has your TalkTalk subscription ended?

Are you signing in with TalkTalk credentials or have you created a new account?

I'm removing the codes in case they are specific to you as you wouldn't want tome9ne else using them.

Thanks for the response! I am signing in with the account I set up via TT, if I try to set up a new account I am told an account is already set up on my email address!🤔🙄

I have just tried setting up a new account and it still tells me the codes are invalid!🙁
