Problems changing pin on tv hub box.

I am having problems trying to change the pin on tv box, i put in the default pin 1234 but it keeps saying its wrong, help please. Thanks.

You could try 0000, but that would be unusual.

If the box won't accept 1234, it sounds like its been changed at some time, and the only way to reset this is to reset the box and then change it during the set-up process.

Is it the TV Hub? If so you will find the reset under settings.

Of it's the 4k box, press the button on the left hand side 5 times in quick succession.

@wJanet1, have you also tried resetting your TV Box via the factory reset to restore all setting to default state?

Thanks for your reply, I did do 0000 but still wrong, but it looks like someone has put a pin in and not told me, so I'll have a go at resetting, the box is the tv hub.
