I wasn’t told that I would lose the recording tv feature when I upgraded from my 4K tv box to their Tv HUB. I used to record whole soap series and could whizz past the adverts . Talktalk need to make customers aware you lose the recording feature with the HUB which is basically has the same features as any good smart tv like my Sony Bravia

Unfortunately, the TV HUB does not support this feature, and I completely acknowledge that this should have been communicated more clearly at the time of your upgrade.

Once equipment is returned it goes to a central recycling centre so it's lost and highly unlikely it could be returned.

@Simtech, remember to get the £5 charge removed from your billing if you don't want to use Talktalk's TV services, and return the TV hub if it's no use to you.
