Hi

Check the powerline adapters are direct into a wall socket, and that all lights om the adapters are green.

Check both adapters at each end as this will show they are correctly communicating with each other.

You should be able to connect your devices to the ethernet ports of the adapter. You can also just test with one then another to make sure both are connecting correctly.

Thanks

Karl.

Good evening from Graham - some advice, correction, direction please??

We have a current setup for our TV as follows

TalkTalk Fibre to house to EEro Router with Ethernet connection out of EEro to D-LINK DHP-P326AV POWERLINE ADAPTER

At the TV end we have D-LINK DHP-P326AV POWERLINE ADAPTER with Two ethernets feeds out one to the latest TalkTalk/NetGen TV Box and one to Humax HB1000S TV box(for On Demand services)

We have a fully operational TalkTalk/NetGen TV box with good speeds and quality

When we boot the Humax 1000S we get usual FreeSat screen and the On Demand channels

but then top line message of nothing being received?

Are we correct in using the D-LINK DHP-P326AV POWERLINE ADAPTERS, to obtain two ethernet feeds?

What are we doing right or wrong or is this setup not possible?

Grateful thanks for an inputs - GRAHAM XXXXX REMOVED
