Talktalk email transition

Despite being a talktalk customer for many years, I am getting emails about the transition because I am told that I am not a customer any more. If I follow the links for talktalk mail plus in order to register my account, I get the message that the site cannot be reached and that I should check for a typo.

Can anyone clearly explain what is going on and why, as a customer I am being put through this.

Also, why can you never find livechat when you need it.

Hi @grandude Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I have reviewed your account and can confirm that you are a TalkTalk customer. I have submitted a web form to ensure you are excluded from the OX Migration, as some emails were mistakenly sent to TalkTalk broadband customers. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Please note that all email activity in MyAccount has been suspended due to the OX Migration, so you won't be able to perform any actions there at the moment.
