Set up new camera Tapo C310 a few questions!

Hi Folks,

Hoping someone can give me some advice, in simple terms ('cos I'm a simple Bu**er!)

Bought the camera a year ago and have put off installing it for fear of failing (again!)

Surprisingly I didn't mess up and the camera is working and can be viewed via the App on my phone!

Not only that, but it is also viewable on my phone without having the WiFi turned on (Result!)

Now, does the above means I will be able to view the camera from any worldwide location on my phone?

If so, the next step would be could I view my camera using the phone from my apartment in Spain if my phone is connected to the routers WiFi there and save me using Data?

I started to follow some Spanish guy's video on YT, set up a "Camera Account" and found what the router says is the WAN I.P. Address, but it looks odd, comprising 2 digits, 2 digits, 3 digits, 2 digits🤔

Got a bit scared by then😨 and feared that I might (probably!) cut myself off from the entire world, so I stopped!😆

If the answers to the questions above are "yeses" then I'm content for now without risking a total collapse!🤗

Any advice/knowledge for other tricks like seeing the feed on my aging internet connected TV, or via Alexa in some way, I don't have a screened device, but I do have a Firestick which again I bought over a year ago and really need some help and advice on, but that is for another time!
