I am unable to locate the full fibre order or notes stating you are being migrated to VoIP. Please confirm if you were sent communication advising so?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You will not lose your landline if you stay on a package that includes digital voice VoIP&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If your account is being upgraded to a digital system, you will be sent a new router that support VOIP or an adaptor. However I would advise please contact the full fibre team to ensure they are upgrading you to VOIP and not full fibre data only,&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;You can contact the team on 03451720074&amp;nbsp;- VOICE - Mon-Fri: 9am-7pm; Sat: 9am-6pm; Sun: closed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Changing over to Digital phone system</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi I have the Fibre 65 plan and they are doing work to change us over to digital phone system&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My router does not have a green socket on the back - they are all yellow.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am really worried about the change over and losing my landline phone system as I am elderly and disabled.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do I need a new router with a green socket?? also I have a Panasonic phone system with 2 extensions.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help and advice would be much appreciated as some people say you have to do nothing and others tell me all sorts of horror stories.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can anyone explain to me what will happen?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Many thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
