I have Power of Attorney for my mother, and want to register it with Talktalk, but when I download the form they are asking for a paper copy. Since 2020 Power of Attorney has been available to view online for authorised utilities to access using an activation key, supplied by the user for a set time. Why has not this not been utilised by Talktalk since this service has been operational in since 2020 almost 2.5 years ago, making this standard procedure. So anyone registered with the Court of Protection after this time will not have the paper version you are asking for. It is so frustrating that a vast company like Talktalk has not implemented this. So would be grateful to know what do I do now as phone operatives seem clueless.
