    <description>&lt;P&gt;On each occasion for the past 18 months I have been unable to access "My Account" . In inserting my user name and password&amp;nbsp; it simple says" Due to technical difficulties cannot&amp;nbsp; log you in&amp;nbsp; try later".&amp;nbsp; I have been on the chat lines to TT, telephoned and been told they will look into it and get back or is receiving attention and they never get back apart form an email&amp;nbsp; to confirm my complaint. A&amp;nbsp; very poor service from Talk Talk whom I have been with for many years.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
