Can someone please help me to get TalkTalk to submit an ORDI. My address does not match my phone no with OpenReach. I have tried multiple times to call TT and whoever I speak to does not know what I am referring to or tells me I have to do it myself which obviously I cannot do. It is driving me insane that TT are so unwilling or unable to resolve this.

Please can someone help me?

I have moved this to the Billing section where it will more appropriately be dealt with. The support team will pick this up as soon as they can when they are back online on Monday.
