      <description>&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Help please&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was given a go live date of 29/12/2022 but my service didn't go live until 17/01/2023.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I Was informed by the complaints team that I would receive auto compensation 30 days after I go live.
