    <description>&lt;P&gt;The only other orders were the orders for full fibre which had failed (as per your other thread) once we sort out the issue with ordering full fibre, if the message is still showing we can log this to the my account team to fix.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi anyone know why when i click on&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;H1&gt;Existing customer offers &amp;amp; upgrades&lt;/H1&gt;&lt;P&gt;I get the message&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;H3&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;We're very sorry, there is an order in progress. At this time you will not be able to view offers until the order is complete&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/H3&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;It has been like this for well over 2 years and never changed, hence i did not know about the availability of ultrafast fibre, except by accident. Even when I was in the middle of a contract it still says this. I have contacted CS and they said would solve numerous times, with no luck&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thanks&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
