No option to renew contract

We have no option to renew our contract in the account portal. Usually there is something in the My offers and upgrades but nothing there when I login to our account?

Online upgrade/renewal is best avoided anyway.

Phone or live chat to the Loyalty/better value Team to get the best offers.
