I have just spent 30 minutes trying to cancel my unlimited

UK calls boost. I can find no option of cancelling it on line

You should be able to do it via My Account. If not, make sure that your personal details including TalkTalk phone number and/or account number are complete on your community profile (click here) so that the support team can link your forum identity with your account and they can help. I have moved this to the Billing section where it will more appropriately be dealt with.
