&lt;P&gt;It could be worth checking by phoning in to be sure that the cancellation went through.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;03451 720088 till 7pm today.&amp;nbsp; 9am till 6pm Saturday.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I'll move this to the billing section for staff to follow up next week.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I cancelled my TalkTalk services last month and was advised I would receive a final bill and bag in the post to return broadband hardware.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I've received another bill but it doesn't indicate anywhere on there that it is a final bill.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I've not received a bag in the post to return hardware.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please confirm&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;1. That services are cancelled.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;2. The latest bill&amp;nbsp; is the final bill.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;3. There is no need to return any hardware.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The cancellation went through after the last billing date of the 17th Feb, a new bill will be issued 17th March which will show a credit for the advance payment made this month, which you can request a refund via My Account, once the refund is completed you will then get the final zero balance bill on the 17th April.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
