      <description>&lt;P&gt;I would like to cancel both of these charges as I do not need either.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In My account, Talk Talk directs me to pages where these options are not visible.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;My contract has ended so I am reviewing my options &amp;amp; this jumps out as an unnecessary cost. (£16 &amp;amp; £5 / month.)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I await your response next week.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You would be best to speak to the Loyalty Team as to cancel the TV you need to have this deleted by staff.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Whilst there, ask what the best deal they can offer you is as they hold the best deals available.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;0345 172 0088 is currently working.
