      <title>Postpone cancellation</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am due to switch to Virgin media and stupidly didn't give myself very much crossover between starting virgin and ending TalkTalk and what do you know, I don't have the right box for Virgin despite them saying I was ready for quick start.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I need to extend my TalkTalk by preferably 1 month to make sure I can get setup with virgin and not lose internet. TalkTalk due to end tomorrow....&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can this be done? What is the quickest way to do it?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Once you get disconnected from TT it will not be possible to get reconnected without a completely new order, therefore you'll need to make alternative arrangements until Virgin service goes live.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
