Giftcloud voucher not complete

Hello,

I recently got my future fibre connection going, a couple of months delayed due to Openreach needing to dig a hole etc.

Now it's all going and steady for about a month, my Amazon voucher is still saying "Once your provider lets us know you have completed your purchase we will update this page."

Can anyone help out?

It was for £125, as I signed up to the 'Full Fibre 500' service.
