      <description>&lt;P&gt;Why if im a new customer is fibre 150 the same as if a a new customer/ all delivery set up is free for new customers but i have to pay extra!! ive been with talktalk since is was tiscali ,thats a joke way to treat you customers&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;ill been looking at other providers i think&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am not sure I understand? Are you looking for an upgrade to Full Fibre from FTTC? If so, there are installation costs which are included.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;When people join/upgrade a fee may show but be credited back on the same bill, so cancelled out.&lt;/P&gt;
