Hi.

Please could someone clarify ,. If you want to change the account holder of the Talk Talk account and account details ( banking etc). Is that it to be emailed to Talk Talk ( as their website says) or should it be posted ( as a talk talk adviser said when I called )

You request the Change of Account details forms either via your customer MyAccount or by calling TalkTalk Customer Services on 0345 172 0088.

Change Account Details

Send both completed forms in the post to:

TalkTalk
PO BOX 675
Salford
M5 0NL

Landline calls to Customer Services on 0345 172 0088, are free from a TalkTalk home 'phone but otherwise are at a standard landline call rate.

Thats what the talk talk advisor said , and I will put it in the post , but it does say this on the website in your account details - giving two options

I personally recommend sending the documents in the post.

The primary reason I have for the recommendation is that you know the documents are of good quality but sometimes photos may not be of quite good enough quality and can lose quality when uploaded via some email software if a reduction in picture file size is automatically applied.

Either way, the documents would be handled by the TalkTalk Correspondence Team.

Sending in via post will take longer, the email option was introduced to speed up the process, just ensure the pictures are clear and legible
