      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;According to Talktalk's site there should be compensation for delays to the start of your service. If you're on Cityfibre like I am the site says we need to ask for compensation rather than it being automatic.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So I am asking for someone to please compensate my account. I went "live" on the 14th February but didn't actually get working FTTP until the 23rd February, so a 9 day delay.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advance&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;The committed go live date in your account shows the 17th, so excluding the first 2 days the compensation is for 4 days, so this 5.25 x 4 = £21 which will be added to your account in the next 24 hours.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

The 48 hours assuredly applies to fault repairs. But with delays in the start of a service it does say from and including the stated go live date.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
