    <description>&lt;P&gt;Dear Team,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I wounder if you can please help me; I am having problems with receiving my cashback from topcashback; they have asked me for an order number/account number that&amp;nbsp;should be in either format S***** or N*****.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have passed on my account number, order number and phone number but none of these begin with an "S" or an "N' and so they are not accepting them - they have asked me to contact TalkTalk for advice.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would be very grateful if you could help with this, as the cashback deal was a big reason that I signed up with TalkTalk in the first place.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Kind regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Barry&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
