Removing TalkTalk Tv

Hi, how can I get the TV charge removed from my account?

I don't use this service as I'm in a Freeview lite area and all my tv is received via satellite.

I've looked on my account and can't find anyway to cancel this add on. Which seems strange as you can add it online.

I haven't bothered to look into this for the last 18 months of my contract as it was a free add on, but now I'm getting charged for it.

£5 a month to watch freeview lite on a 10 year old box seems a bit steep 🙂

How do I remove my TALKTALK TV ? I No longer use it and want it removed from my account..

If you start your own thread (new message), we’d love to help.

We’ve found that posting in someone else’s conversation makes it harder to follow when looking for an answer.
