This was a lie and I have since been charged twice. I have also had zero internet connection this entire time. I requested a refund and cancellation both of which TalkTalk have emailed me about or confirmed on chat. Account was to end yesterday but didn’t so I called today and the advisor told me due to my offer I can’t cancel or be refunded…&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any solutions? I have attached screenshots&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
