    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have called and cancelled my service as I'm moving with another provider. My contract is already over and after I called the number to cancel (&lt;STRONG&gt;0345 172 0088&lt;/STRONG&gt;), I didn't get a returns bag so I sent in the chat to ask about it and the only answer I got is that there is no cease request on your account. What am I supposed to do now?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
