      <title>Impossible to renew contract</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It looks like this forum is more for technical issues but I'm at a loss.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have been trying to renew my contract since early February. Every time I contact TT by chat or phone they are unable to proceed with anything due to system issues. I have been promised this will be fixed within 7 days for the last 2 months and been promised call backs on 3 occasions (or more I cant remember) that have never happened.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there anything that can be done? The cynic in me suggests TT dont want to keep me as a customer as i have been offered a slightly cheaper renewal rate. If so why am i offered any reduction?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
