Hi,just noticed on my latest Bill I'm being billed for two phone calls whilst I'm not disputing I made these calls what I am disputing that these calls were terminated by me before the connection was made so can some one explain why this is so,I have always been under the impression that you only get charged if the connection was made when the other caller picked up their phone,whilst the amount is small I just want to know if this is the case for future reference.

Hi @Anonymous

Ive checked the calls.

Even if the call goes to voicemail then that is classed as connected. 1st call was connected for 20 seconds, the other was connected for 1 second, both are rounded up to 1 minute and will have the connection charge applied.
