&lt;P&gt;Best option would be to call the loyalty team on&amp;nbsp;03451720088 advise them what you have been offered they will be able process it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My current contract ends on June 12th.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've just received, to my talktalk account address, an email from you offering a 24month renewal at an advantageous price. I have accepted this and hard copied the contract pdf on the link. However I cannot see the renewal or any update on the&amp;nbsp; 'my account' site nor have received any further email confirming the update is being applied. I can copy the original email from you and the contract terms pdf to you if you wish.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;My Account doesn't update instantaneously.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;However, good idea to check early on that it has indeed been processed!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
