      <title>Cashback and missing order reference</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've recently moved to full fibre and when I signed up I went via a cashback offer. Unfortunately it hasn't tracked correctly and when I supply the order reference or account number they state it's not valid.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;For Talk Talk we need a reference beginning with "N7", "N8" or S0, followed by 7 digits, please can you provide this reference.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Any ideas where this can be found?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It should have been a £125 Amazon voucher. It was an offer directly with talktalk. I had an initial email saying it tracked but the status hasn't updated since then.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
