      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have been waiting since Nov 2022 for my £125 Amazon voucher. On 14.05.2023 I was promised by Alvin on mychat that I would have my voucher within 24 hours. That was 8 days ago and still no voucher. Giftcloud are still saying they are still waiting for TalkTalk to confirm I have completed my purchase.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can someone from TalkTalk please advise.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello Arne, It has been over three weeks since Alvin from TalkTalks mychat service promised this would be fixed within 24 hours and a couple of weeks since I heard from you. I understand you have to rely on Giftcloud getting back to you, but their website is saying they are still waiting for TalkTalk to let them know I completed the order.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I don't know who is messing up, but is there no one at TalkTalk who can get this resolved within a reasonable time period. So far It has been well over double the 90 day maximum that TalkTalk promise, with no sign of being any closer to getting my voucher.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please advise.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
