UK call boost - cannot be removed

I am trying to remove the UK unlimited call boost. It shows on my boost screen but when I untick the box there is no Update or Confirm button, so the boost cannot be removed.

Ask Chat or phone 03451 720088 to get it removed, @crosers.

I'll move this to the billing section, as it's a problem in My Account, rather than with the actual phone service.

Staff reply on here Monday to Friday.

i just went to view my phone boosts and i get a blank page no list of boosts.

i tried it on a couple of browsers and both are the same

is the website playing up?
