    <description>&lt;P&gt;I just upgraded to Fibre 500 and because I am in the middle of the current contract with talktalk the guy over the phone said there is £30 fee for cancelling old contract. I've got the welcome email from TalkTalk and is said that there is Setup Fee £60 + P&amp;amp;P £9.99.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm lost now. So I am going to be charged £90 all together? Why there is a setup fee?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Because its an upgrade there shouldn't be a contract breakage fee as you are remaining as a customer, The setup fee is because full fibre requires an engineer to install extra equipment.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
